Health & Safety Exceptions

We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we focus on providing the best products at the best prices. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging with seals intact.
  • All items must be unused and in original condition.
  • No more than 7 days since purchase has passed.

There are some products that we are unable to exchange or return due to health, safety and quality assurance reasons. This includes wet products, hair extensions, lashes and scissors.

Furniture and equipment that is not in its original packaging incurs a 20% restocking fee for change of mind.

If an item is faulty, we will happily meet or exceed the obligation to provide a remedy under Australian consumer law. Depending on the product and the fault, this could involve a full refund, repair, replacement or exchange.

We offer a minimum of a 1 year “return to base” warranty on all furniture, equipment and electrical products.

We do not accept returns for “sale” and discontinued items due to change of mind, so please choose carefully.
