Meet Your Educators: MJ & Marion Cappa

MJ, the CEO and Founder of Floractive Australia, will be in Perth to personally lead this training. In 2019, MJ and Samuel helped introduce Nanoplasty to Australia, and she has been driving education around the service ever since. With a strong background in trichology and extensive salon experience, she has trained over 3,000 stylists across Australia and New Zealand, from TAFE groups to major industry events.

As the pioneer of Floractive in Australia, MJ has built a reputation as a highly sought-after trainer and industry leader.

She also understands the real-world demand for sleek results without compromising blonde work, and focuses on safe, non-toxic Nanoplasty methods that salons can confidently deliver. Her expertise, combined with her proven success in growing the technique nationwide, makes this an invaluable opportunity to learn directly from her.

Marion Cappa

Marion Cappa is Floractive’s National Education Manager, a highly respected hairdresser and salon owner known for her work in Nanoplasty straightening and extension services. Originally from Italy, Marion has been based in Perth for nearly 28 years and owns a cruelty-free, pet-friendly salon that has been recognised as the “Most Recommended Salon in the Region” for two consecutive years.

Her passion for Original Nanoplasty led her to complete Floractive’s specialist course, where she excelled before becoming the official Floractive technician for Western Australia.
