Technical Specifications & Usage Guide

• Mixing Ratio: 1:1 (e.g., 60ml Wella Illumina Color + 60ml Welloxon Perfect Creme Developer).

• Compatibility: Designed specifically for use with Welloxon Perfect developers. Mixing with Koleston Perfect is not recommended.

• Developer Recommendations:

  • 1.9% / 6 Vol Welloxon Perfect Pastel: Glossing and toning services at 1:2.

  • 4% / 13 Vol Welloxon Perfect: Deeper results on natural hair.

  • 6% / 20 Vol Welloxon Perfect: Same depth, darker results, up to 1 level of lift and grey coverage.

  • 9% / 30 Vol Welloxon Perfect: Up to 2 levels of lift.

  • 12% / 40 Vol Welloxon Perfect: Up to 3 levels of lift.

• Development & Processing Time:

  • Same depth or darkening (Full Head): 30–40 minutes without heat, or 15–25 minutes with heat.

  • Lightening: Apply first to mid-lengths and ends (leave 2cm free from root), processing for 20 minutes (10 minutes with heat). Then, apply to roots and process for 30–40 minutes (15–25 minutes with heat).
