The 60ml creme colour works with Welloxon Perfect Developer to create pure, balanced colour results with natural depth and shine.

The formula features Wella’s Ultra Precision Colour Technology, built-in Metal Purifier and ME+ dye technology in specific shades. These technologies support precise colour formation, help protect hair from extra damage in the presence of metals, and reduce the risk of developing a new hair colour allergy in people not allergic to hair colourants. An Allergy Alert Test remains required before every colour service.

Mixing & Application Guide

Core Shades

Pure Naturals, Rich Naturals, Deep Browns and Vibrant Reds mix at a 1:1 ratio.

• Mixing Ratio – 60g Koleston Perfect + 60g Welloxon Perfect Developer.

• 4% / 13 Vol – For same depth or darker results on natural hair where grey coverage is not required.

• 6% / 20 Vol – For up to 1 level of lift, grey coverage, same-depth results or darker results.

• 9% / 30 Vol – For up to 2 levels of lift.

• 12% / 40 Vol – For up to 3 levels of lift.

• Development Time – 30–40 minutes without heat, or 15–20 minutes with heat.

Special Blondes

Koleston Perfect Special Blondes mix at a 1:2 ratio for high-lift blonde services.

• Mixing Ratio – 60g Koleston Perfect Special Blonde + 120g Welloxon Perfect Developer.

• 9% / 30 Vol – For up to 3 levels of lift.

• 12% / 40 Vol – For up to 4–5 levels of lift.

• Development Time – 50–60 minutes without heat, or 25–35 minutes with heat.

Pastel Toning

Koleston Perfect can support pastel toning on evenly pre-lightened or natural hair that is ½ level lighter than the desired result.

• Mixing Ratio – 1 part Koleston Perfect shade from the 10/ or 9/ line + 2 parts Welloxon Perfect Pastel 1.9%.

• Development Time – 5–15 minutes without heat.

• Application Note – Comb the hair every 5 minutes during development until the desired colour result is achieved.
